The species-specific primers were screened by PCR amplifications which template DNA was extracted from soybean meal, sesame meal, peanut shell and chestnut shell individually and using the corresponding genome DNA as positive control, cocoa genome DNA as negative control.
分别以大豆粕、芝麻粕、花生壳及板栗壳DNA为模板,以相应基因组DNA为阳性对照,可可基因组DNA为阴性对照,通过PCR扩增筛选特异的检测引物。
